EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Event Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience (typically 3-5 years) in vendor management, procurement, or a related role within the event industry.
- Strong negotiation skills and a proven ability to secure advantageous vendor agreements.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with contract management and legal aspects of vendor relationships.
- Proficiency in using vendor management software and tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
