Jobbeskrivelse

Som Floor Manager hos Weekday er du en rollemodel for vores brand ved at efterleve vores værdier. Din opgave er at lede, inspirere og udvikle butik/afdelingsteam til at optimere salget, yde fremragende kundeservice og sikre en god indkøbsoplevelse.

  • Udfør daglige salgsopfølgninger og igangsæt handlinger i overensstemmelse hermed for at maksimere salget
  • Håndtere og drive merchandising, salgsaktiviteter, kampagner, lagerniveau og opfølgning
  • Tag ansvar for at planlægge din og din afdelings hverdag
  • Arbejd effektivt og sæt de rigtige prioriteringer
  • Anvend, drev og administrer administrative og sikkerhedsprocedurer
  • Deltage og bidrage til rekruttering, træning og udvikling af medarbejdere
  • Hold dig selv og teamet opdateret med ugentlig info og salgsaktiviteter vedrørende butikken/afdelingen
  • Du er en del af butiksledelsen
